Sword Art Online the Movie – Progressive – Aria of a Starless Night officially has a release date for fans outside of Japan looking to see the latest Sword art online animated series.

Following its launch in Japanese theaters on October 30, 2021, Funimation will bring the highly anticipated film to the United States, where it hits theaters and IMAX screens on December 3, 2021, in the United States and Canada. The new film will then be released on December 9, 2021 in Australia and New Zealand, with tickets for both releases going on sale on November 5 and 9, respectively.
Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night serves as the narrative of the Aincrad arc from the popular series. The original story was written by Reki Kawahara and spans seven volumes. The next Sword art online the film originates from A-1 Productions. Ayako Kono made his directorial debut, Kento Toya taking care of character design and Yuki Kajiura composing the soundtrack for the film. Yasuyuki Kai will be the director of the action.
